How should I make changes or cancel my subscription plan?

Please come to the store or email us at support@royalsplashcarwash.com. For your security, we do not take phone calls regarding changes. All cancellations need a 72 hour notice.

Are the vacuums free?

They are free with the purchase of any car wash or unlimited plan. Otherwise, they are $2 per use.

Do you take oversized trucks?

While we accept most oversized trucks, our height limit is 87″ and our tire width limit is 13″. We do take Ford Raptors and up to 2″ offset hubs.
